  2. Express Shipping (UK): Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the delivery destination. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you finalise your order.

  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is available for orders over £100 within the UK.
  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responcusty.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package on the courier’s website or Lost Packages.

If your package arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item or after the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.


Changes to Shipping Information

You may request changes to your shipping address before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
